Appointments

Appointments can be booked online on www.massagetherapymh.co.uk, by using the client portal or in person.

An additional 15 minutes will be added if you booked an in-home massage appointment, which allows for set up and for you to relax and get dressed afterwards.

Intake/ Consultation form

The intake/ consultation form needs to be completed the day before you have the appointment. An email with the link to complete this form will be shared with you within 24 hours after booking your appointment.

Cancellation & rescheduling

To ensure fair treatment for all clients, you are kindly requested to give a minimum of 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

We will charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the appointment price for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments, with less than 24 hours' notice.

I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and I will do my best to accommodate changes when possible. However, this policy helps me to maintain a fair and efficient scheduling system.
