These terms & conditions refer to Gift Certificates bought online on www.massagetherapymh.co.uk. Please note that these terms & conditions do not apply for any other Gift Certificates, Gift Vouchers or eGift Cards you might have. The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

1. Gift Certificates can be purchased online on www.massagetherapymh.co.uk 
2. Gift Certificates are valid for 365 days as of the day of purchase. 
3. There are currently two different Gift Certificates, which can be redeemed for any type of massage for the duration mentioned on the Gift Certificate. 
4. The holder of the Gift Certificate for a 60 minute massage is having the option to extend the massage to a 90 minute massage at an additional cost. For Gift Certificates ordered before the end of 2025, the additional costs are £20.-
5. Promotion codes, discounts and any other offers cannot be used to purchase Gift Certificates, unless expressly indicated.

6. This voucher does not have a cash equivalent but grants access to a particular service. Gift Certificates can therefore not be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and refund will not be given for the purchase of a Gift Certificate. 
   

7. Massage Therapy MH cannot be held responsible for the lost or unauthorised use of your Gift Certificate where the Gift Certificate becomes known to another party. Please contact Massage Therapy MH if you have lost the Gift Certificate, so a solution can be found.
